About Barbara
With over ten years’ experience in financial services, Barbara Vipond has a broad skill set that ranges from leading and inspiring teams to solving complex financial issues. Barbara is an analytical, quick-thinker, intellectually curious, fast study, loves problem-solving. Equal parts big picture thinker and detail lover Barbara thrives in complex and challenging work environments where she can tackle big problems. Her areas of expertise include financial and enterprise risk management, strategic marketing and sales, communication and negotiations. Barbara is fluent in English and Spanish, holds a Bachelor of Science from UBC, a Bachelor of Technology from BCIT, and an Executive MBA from Queen’s University.
