This website is operated by Vipond Ventures Inc. (“Vipond Ventures”, “we”, “us”). We are a private family office.

What is collected

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you visit, roughly where you are (derived from your IP address), and the browser and device you use. We see this in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individuals.

Server logs

Our host, Netlify, records standard technical information when a page is served — including IP address, timestamp and the page requested — for security and reliability.

What is not collected

• No contact forms, accounts, or newsletter sign-ups on this site
• No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels
• No fingerprinting or profiling
• Fonts are served from our own domain, so no third-party font service sees your visit

Cookies and how to opt out

The only cookies set are Google Analytics cookies. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally with cookies blocked.

Who else sees data

Only our service providers: Google (analytics) and Netlify (hosting). Both may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell personal information or disclose it to anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
